About the CCTC

Formed in 2007, the Cambridge Cancer Trials Centre is located on the world renowned Cambridge Biomedical Campus in Cambridge UK

The Department of Oncology within the School of Clinical Medicine at the University of Cambridge and is at the forefront of oncology research and education with a strong focus on translating basic scientific findings into clinical applications for treatment, diagnosis and prevention of cancer

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a family of hospitals in comprising Addenbrooke's and the Rosie. Addenbrooke's is a teaching and research hospital and is a designated academic health science centre

The CCTU was established in 2011 to lead studies that translate the extensive scientific advances provided by Cambridge Science into clinical application. CCTU is a fully registered CTU and is hosted at CUH as part of the Cambridge BRC. The CCTC's Cancer Theme is the largest theme within CCTU

The CRUK Cambridge Centre is the collaboration of scientists and clinicians from Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the University of Cambridge, independent research institutes, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in the Cambridge area
